Meet Your Coach
I'm Tanguy, a fatherhood coach who believes a child's birth is also a father's birth. My path here started as a student, teacher, and coach, shaped early by my Haitian upbringing, where raising a child was never just one person's job. It took aunts, uncles, neighbors, elders, a whole village showing up for that child. Fathers were never a footnote in that village. They were one of its central pillars. That belief has stayed with me, and it shapes everything about how I see the role fathers play, not just at home, but in the wider fabric around a child. That path eventually led me somewhere more personal: helping men navigate the moment nobody really prepares them for. I know that threshold firsthand, the excitement, the angst, the questions you don't quite know where to put. My own experience becoming a father, my roots, and years spent in men's work learning what real presence actually asks of us, all shaped how I coach today.I work with fathers who want to be dependable without being rigid, grounded without being distant, present enough that their child actually feels it. My approach is built on honesty, non-judgmental listening, and real conversation, seeing the whole man in front of me and believing in his capacity to grow.I still offer general life and clarity coaching privately for existing clients, but my current focus is walking alongside fathers.
This I Believe
At the heart of my coaching practice is the belief that fathers are one of the most valuable, and most overlooked, resources a family has.I approach this work through four core pillars:
Purpose : Knowing why you're showing up, even on the days it's hard to remember.
Presence: Being in the room, not just in body, but actually there, paying attention, being actively involved.
Groundedness: Staying steady for the people who need you, even while you're still finding your own footing.
Responsibility: Carrying what's yours to carry, for your partner, your child, and yourself.

If you are asking yourself questions like this, you are not alone
Am I actually going to be good at this?
What if something happens and I don't know what to do?
Is it normal to feel this way, or is something wrong with me?
Where do I fit in all of this, when everyone's focused on your partner and the baby?
Am I allowed to still want my old life too?
How do I show up for her when I'm barely holding it together myself?
Three things I coach Fathers to Transform
Build real steadiness
Learn how to stay steady when things get hard, sleepless nights, tension, uncertainty, so your family feels your calm instead of your stress.Face what's unresolved
Look honestly at the parts of your own story still weighing on you, so old patterns stop running the show.Step into your role fully
Own your place as a father by leading with steadiness, care, and presence.
